QCN ( Qualcomm Calibration Network ) is configuration file that contain security part, network config, modem, imei, band on Qualcomm SoC.
If qcn is corrupted it will cause problems like no network, imei null, baseband unknown even bootloop.

To write QCN file, you need to activate diag mode. type *#*#13491#*#* on dial screen and check in device manager, diagnostic port must exist.
You can use QPST, QFIL or UFI androidtoolbox to write qcn file.
