QCN ( Qualcomm Calibration Network ) is configuration file that contain security part, network config, modem, imei, band on Qualcomm SoC.

If qcn is corrupted it will cause problems like no network, imei null, baseband unknown even bootloop.

Now i'll share QCN file for Oppo Neo 9 A37f
To write QCN file, you need to activate diag mode. Root first and then run this command :

adb shell
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb

Or you can easily enable diag port using code below :

• Open dial screen
• type *#801#
• Switch to on full port switch menu

and check in device manager, diagnostic port must exist.

You can use QPST, QFIL or UFI androidtoolbox to write qcn file.
